7. Let go of people and things that drain your energy
8. Learn to say “no”
9. Find out your purpose in life and pursue it

And Harvard research has shown that the #1 way to boost your happiness in life is the quality of relationships. Therefore, having a good relationship isn’t enough; focus on the quality of the time spent, make memories, and be present with the people you love.
PS. Notice that fame and money aren’t on the list…something to think about. Concentrate on things that are constant and matter most.
