Don’t ever let social media fool you; everyday isn’t easy, everyone doesn’t always feel optimistic or look pretty, things get tough, you start to compare, loose focus and often times you just get tired. I felt that way today. And I’ve been praying that above anything else that God will give me wisdom. Just like Solomon, I understand the immense value of gaining more wisdom.
I took 5 sheets of paper and wrote down all of my concerns on each (leaving one sheet blank to represent my entire life). Then, I wrote under each concern, “your will, not mine & thank you” and signed my name on each sheet of paper.
This is a demonstration of surrendering; signing over all that concerns me, even my entire life. Wise enough to know that that He can handle it all & His plans are so much better than my own. And “thank you” because I have prayed about these things before & I don’t have to keep repeating them, I can now just thank Him in advance.
If you are feeling heavy, I want you to do this. Surrendering allows you to free up consumed space and stored energy, so you can get back in the game! Ask God to now fill that space with clarity, courage, confidence and peace. YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT WHEN YOU GIVE UP CONTROL, YOU JUST STEPPED UP YOUR GAME! YOU HAVE JUST TAPPED INTO INFINITE POSSIBILITY FOR YOUR LIFE & YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES!!!
